A Wax shows why he is the RxLord

A Wax shows why he is the RxLord
A Wax shows why he is the RxLord. Out now on all digital markets.

Pittsburg, California- Controversial rapper A-Wax is back with his latest project “RxLord”. The long time rapper has been really making some progress over the past few years. His numbers have gone from the thousands to millions and his fan base has grown from gang rap fans to a lot of edm and trap fans.

Part of the growth is due to A-Wax’s maturation and also his learning the business. Another part is due to his work with longtime friend NonStop DaHit man and now Southside Sizzle from 808 Mafia. The production duo, and the combination of some great lyrics, have A Wax literally in a class of his own in the Bay. Obviously, E-40 is a legend that will forever represent that bay.

But other than Sacramento rapper Mozzy, no other emcee is doing rap music that is as cutting edge and unique as A-Wax. The Livewire and One Mobb movements are strong and formidable but, A-Wax does this all on his own, using a different style and still repping his Elm St Piru gang affiliation proudly. A lot can be said about A-Wax and his ties to the past. Even with the tragic passing of Bay Area and Pittsburg native, The Jacka, A-Wax’s name was brought into things like paying for expenses to whether he was involved somehow. All of which, A-Wax doesn’t wish to speak on. Truthfully he was a friend of The Jacka’s that had some differences and if certain things had worked out differently he may have been apart of the MobFigaz.

Anyways, The project is a trap and auto slapper. You of course will run into some slowed down trap songs that may not be your cup of tea but singles like “Before I Came Around” and “Wrist Move” are 100 percent industry quality songs that should see the light of day. Lets hope being the RxLord that he is A-Wax can make those moves to make this project finally be the one to go from a nice release to a KNOWN release. The only RxLords that matter are ones that are Known. Wax even touches on his exact place in the Bay Area. You’ll have to listen to find out where he thinks he stands!
